**Terms and Conditions for Mobile Tyre Fitting Service**

**1. Introduction**

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the provision of mobile tyre fitting services by [The Tyre Fighter]

**2. Booking and Confirmation**

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking via email or SMS.

2.2 You must provide accurate and complete information when booking our services, including your contact details, vehicle details, and the required tyre specifications.

**3. Services Provided**

3.1 We provide mobile tyre fitting services, including tyre replacement, balancing, and disposal of old tyres.

3.2 Our service includes traveling to your specified location to perform the tyre fitting.

**4. Call-Out Charge**

4.1 A call-out charge will apply for our visit to your location. This charge is non-refundable and will apply even if the job cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

- 4.1.1 A cracked wheel.

- 4.1.2 Absence of a locking wheel nut.

- 4.1.3 Incorrect tyre size provided by you.

- 4.1.4 Unsafe working conditions or locations.

- 4.1.5 Any other issues that prevent the completion of the job.

**5. Customer Responsibilities**

5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and accessible location for our technicians to carry out the work.

5.2 You must provide all necessary tools and information required for the job, including the locking wheel nut key if applicable.

5.3 You must ensure that the tyre specifications provided to us are accurate.

**6. Payment**

6.1 Payment for the services, including the call-out charge, must be made upon completion of the job or when the job is deemed uncompleted due to the reasons outlined in section 4.1.

6.2 We accept payment by cash, credit/debit card, or any other method specified at the time of booking.

**7. Cancellations and Rescheduling**

7.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking at home - (Non Emergencies), you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

7.2 Cancellations made less than 15-30 Minutes before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the call-out charge.

**8. Liability**

8.1 We will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from:

- 8.1.1 Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

- 8.1.2 Pre-existing damage or conditions of the vehicle or wheels.

- 8.1.3 Any indirect or consequential losses.

8.2 Our liability for any claims arising from the services provided will be limited to the amount paid by you for those services.

**9. Warranty**

9.1 We provide a limited warranty on our tyre fitting services. This warranty does not cover:

- 9.1.1 Damage caused by improper use or accidents.

- 9.1.2 Normal wear and tear.

- 9.1.3 Tyres supplied by the customer.

**10. Governing Law**

10.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
